Samsung UE82RU8000 review

Key features
  • 82-inches
  • LCD
  • 4K Ultra-HD

The RU8000 series is in a tricky spot. With high-end QLED sets above it and cheaper LCD ranges below, it finds itself in niche with a point to prove. The UE82RU8000 has an additional obstacle in that its screen is 82 inches. Is it worth considering such a colossal TV and if so is this the one to go for? These are our impressions based on its technology and our years of experience testing Samsung TVs.
