The Hoover DXH9A2DCE 9 kg capacity heat-pump dryer brings together a ton of features for an affordable price, for an energy-saving heat-pump machine. It comes with Hoover's AquaVision water tank in the door, which allows you to see when it needs emptying. Near-field technology allows you to connect your smartphone to the machine and to set it remotely. The heat-pump method of drying means that it will dry a load of clothes using less than half of the energy needed by a conventional condenser or vented tumble dryer. But is it any good? To find out, we tested it for a whole month. Read on for the results of our tests and our full review of this Hoover heat-pump dryer.
