The Dyson Light Ball Multi Floor replaces the older DC39 and DC40 vacuum cleaners, and is claimed to be 40% quieter, without any loss of cleaning power. It also has a redesigned floorhead that should tackle larger household debris as well as fine dust. Dyson says it cleans better on carpets and hard floors than any other vacuum cleaner.
