The Nissan Note rivals the Honda Jazz - a favourite with Which? members. The Note is newer and better value though - especially with large discounts available.

Hot Car Deal - Citroen DS3

Unlike the Mini’s retro design, Citroen’s DS3 is bang up to date. Another difference is that you can find very large discounts on the Citroen.

  • The term 'pre-reg' or 'pre-registered' refers to vehicles that are brand new but already registered with the DVLA. This means that you will appear as the second owner in the V5 registration document (log book).
  • Beware of unscrupulous brokers who tell you that they will have to retain the V5 registration document for a period of time after your purchase of the car. Vehicles sold this way may be cheap, but there are numerous legal implications, including the risk that you the buyer could be committing a criminal offence, so they should be avoided.
  • With regards to all of the above, always make sure you know exactly what you're buying before you put your money down in order to ensure you're making an informed choice.
