don't bother
I had this brand new boiler installed early in November 2011.It has just ceased working after approx. 1 month.I had been warned by several people not to install it, but I figured they were wrong and with the Baxi name it should be ok.The problem is with a gas valve, apparently this is what always goes wrong with the Neta Tec. Baxi are aware of it but let the installers install them, and then come and fix the fault later. By the way they haven't been to fix mine yet and I'm on my 3rd. day now without heating.I would avoid Baxi and there Heat team at all costs
