The upgraded Sony PS3 plays 3D games

There’s already a fledgling 3D gaming market and those with fast enough PCs can enjoy games in 3D. You’ll need a 3D monitor (such as the Samsung 2233RZ or ViewSonic VX2268) or 3D-ready TV, 3D graphics card, glasses and a software kit

NVidia is one of the leading names in 3D gaming. Run on PC with Vista or Windows 7 and a 3D-ready display, it’s capable of turning any game into 3D.

Sony recently announced its intention to upgrade the PS3 (with an over-the-air update) to work with 3D games content and although no announcements have been made, wherever the PS3 goes, the Xbox is sure to follow.
