Toshiba was one of the first major manufacturers to push cut-price 32-inch LCD TVs, but the Toshiba Regza 32SL863 proves that it can also do more feature-packed, mid-range sets. It combines a 32-inch LED-backlit LCD screen with a Full HD 1080p resolution and Internet features, while still keeping the price attractively low. We were keen to see how this 32-inch LCD TV measured up.
