How do I update my payment details?
In some cases you can update your payment details online. Log in to the 'My Account' section and click on ‘Manage my payments’. If the page says you can’t update your payments online, call us on 029 2267 0000 and we can update your payment details.
How do I get a VAT invoice?
We can provide a VAT invoice upon request. Please send us an email, using the details on our contact us page. Alternatively, please call 029 2267 0000. You can reach us from:
8.30am to 6pm on Monday to Friday
9am to 1pm on Saturday
If you’re outside the UK, please call +442922670000
If you’ve recently moved home, please let us know your new address.
To update us with your address, please do the following:
- Visit which.co.uk and log in
- Click ‘My account’ then ‘View account’
- Click ‘My details’
- Select which contact details you would like to update
- Enter new details and click 'save'
Alternatively, if you’re already logged in, go to the ‘My details’ page.
Direct Debit Guarantee
This Direct Debit Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay direct debits.
If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your direct debit, Which? Ltd will notify you at least six weeks in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.
If you request Which? Ltd to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
If an error is made in the payment of your direct debit, by Which? Ltd or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Which? Ltd asks you to.
You can cancel a direct debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
