Not too many HD-Ready (1366x768-resolution) televisions are on the shelves these days, but the Hisense 32A4QTUK and its sub-£300 price are available at a lot of major retailers and we wanted to know whether it would make a passable cheap TV for your kitchen or bedroom. Picture quality tests include broadcast 1080i high-definition TV, Freeview, Freeview HD, viewing angle and the stability of motion in fast action scenes. We also test for 4K Ultra HD and HDR if the TV can support these pictures.
