Common questions

How & when can I cancel?

You can cancel your membership at any time, and we’ll take no more payments.

You are also entitled to an initial cooling off period when you can end your membership straight away and request a refund. This cooling off period will end 14 days after the day you receive your first magazine, or if you have a digital only membership, 14 days after the day you join.

You can cancel by:

  • Using Live chat

  • Calling 02921 682114

  • Emailing support@which.co.uk

  • Writing to: Which? Customer Service, 3 Capital Quarter, Tyndall Street, Cardiff, CF10 4BZ

  • If you have a monthly subscription you can also cancel online through 'My account'

Make sure you state your name, membership number and the date you wish to cancel if writing.
