Laptops: Compare features & prices Samsung Series 5 Chromebook review
The Samsung Series 5 Chromebook looks like an ordinary laptop but is in fact something new - a stripped-back portable computer designed to run Google's Chrome OS. This runs all your applications online, so none are actually installed on it. It means to create word documents or spreadsheets, for example, you'll need to log into Google Docs over a wi-fi or 3G connection. Chrome OS won't be for everyone, but if you can work within the Chromebook's limitations, it's definitely worth a second look.
