Bristol-based removal and storage business earns prestigious Which? Award for its exceptional customer service
The winners in all award categories were announced at an in-person ceremony today (20th May) in London. The event - hosted by the BBC’s Victoria Derbyshire - saw some of the country’s leading household names come together to find out if they had been honoured with a coveted trophy from Which?.
The annual Which? Awards ceremony puts the spotlight on brands that exceed the expectations of consumers, earning them recognition from the consumer champion.
One of the accolades is the Trusted Trader of the Year Award, which acknowledges exceptional businesses in the home and motor industry. This year the accolade went to Move On Removals & Storage Ltd.
The Which? Trusted Traders Award is judged by an expert panel based on four criteria: progress, engagement, reviews and community impact.
Also shortlisted in the category were Littlehampton-based AJT Showers, Leicester-based Associated Stairlifts, and Gloucestershire-based LCM Flat Roofing Ltd.
Move On Removals & Storage Ltd has won the award for its professional and friendly approach to customer service as well as an overwhelming number of positive customer reviews.
The Which? panel of judges said: “Move On Removals & Storage has a mission statement and strong values – something that we, as a consumer-focused endorsement scheme, were very impressed with.”
The Which? Awards ceremony also celebrated many national brands, with winners including the likes of Honda, Jet2 and LG.
Phil Amy, Which? Commercial Director, said:
“Congratulations to Move On Removals & Storage Ltd on its win at this year’s Which? Awards, a true marker of excellence.
“Moving house is undeniably stressful, so we're pleased to see this business go above and beyond to add a personal touch to its service. It's evident that the company not only recognises but also actively supports its customers through the uncertainties inherent in moving home.”
