"Our investigations have consistently found online marketplaces failing to take the necessary steps to stop dangerous products, including deadly weapons, from being offered for sale.
"It is clear that the current approach to keeping people safe isn't working, so it's vital that new laws are put in place that make tech giants finally take responsibility and use the technology at their disposal to keep dangerous products off the market."
