The House of Lords inquiry into the Boiler Upgrade Scheme - Which? response

Which? is committed to supporting consumers in the transition to net zero. The evidence we are submitting relates to consumer awareness of heat pumps and the barriers that consumers identify when thinking about installing a heat pump. We have not looked at the BUS specifically. 

A recent Which? survey shows that the majority (77%) of consumers are at least somewhat concerned about climate change. Furthermore, a quarter think they have a great deal of personal responsibility to reduce their own impact on the environment and just over half (53%) think they have a fair amount of responsibility.
