Which? names NFU Mutual the best insurance brand at its prestigious annual awards ceremony
Expert judges at Which? whittled down their top picks of the brands going above and beyond for consumers in 12 categories ranging from cars to utilities.
The winners in all categories were announced at an in-person ceremony today (20th May) in London. The event - hosted by the BBC’s Victoria Derbyshire - saw some of the country’s leading household names come together to find out if they had been honoured with a coveted trophy from Which?.
As well as a trophy, each winner is entitled to use a Which? Award winners logo across all marketing free for a year.
In awarding NFU Mutual the win in the Insurance category, judges noted, “NFU Mutual is a front runner when it comes to levels of cover in its policies and is the only brand to earn Which? Recommended Provider status in both car and home insurance”.
Also shortlisted in the insurance category were LV= and WPA.
Anabel Hoult, Which? Chief Executive, said:
“NFU Mutual’s service has been described as ‘reassuring’, with claimants we’ve surveyed singling it out for how well it deals with queries, the speed with which it handles claims and the value for money they feel they’re receiving.
