Which? responds as court certifies its collective claim against Apple

Anabel Hoult, Which? Chief Executive, said:
“We're pleased with today's judgment meaning that our claim against Apple can proceed.
"Which? wants to make clear that no company should be able to abuse its market position. By having the opportunity to represent UK consumers on a collective basis, we hope to get individuals the money we believe they're entitled to from Apple, improve the cloud market for consumers and deter anti-competitive behaviour.”
