Which? responds to FanFair Alliance's investigation into Viagogo

Rocio Concha, Which? Director of Policy and Advocacy, said:

“This shows how easily professional online touts can hoover up tickets for popular events and relist them with huge mark-ups on secondary ticketing websites due to a business model built on exploitation of genuine fans.

“Enough is enough. The government needs to deliver on its commitment to stop the touts by confirming legislation for a price cap on ticket resales will go ahead. Fans will continue to be exploited on these rip-off sites until the government fixes the broken ticketing market.”
