Which? responds to figures that heat pumps are saving households hundreds of pounds

Sue Davies, Which? Head of Consumer Rights Policy, said:

"Although we are seeing an increase in the number of households willing to consider a heat pump, many remain concerned about high upfront costs and lack confidence that heat pumps will reduce their energy bills and effectively heat their homes.

"In order to support homeowners that are considering switching to a heat pump, the government needs to raise awareness about the grants, loans and cash back incentives that are available, and ensure people have access to good quality independent advice and reliable installers."
