Which? responds to Package Travel Consultation

“Which? campaigned to ensure that travellers would continue to benefit from the Package Travel Regulations when booking a domestic break. The government's decision to retain these vital protections will be welcome news to the hundreds of thousands of people who holiday in the UK every year.

“We will carefully consider the detail of the revised Regulations when they are published, and continue to campaign to ensure that travellers can book with the protections they need whether travelling internationally or domestically."
