Which? responds to the City regulator launching a review into claims management firms

Rocio Concha, Which? Director of Policy and Advocacy, said:
"Though some consumers will have positive experiences with claims management firms, in too many cases we see people subjected to hefty costs and potentially unfair exit fees, so it's right that this industry is being investigated.
"When most compensation claims can be made directly by consumers at zero cost, more must be done to ensure claimants aren't exploited."
