Which? response as Northern Ireland residents begin to receive £600 energy payments

1 min read
Sue Davies, Which? Head of Consumer Protection Policy, said: "Consumers in Northern Ireland have faced huge energy costs this winter without the financial assistance that most other UK households have already had from the government, so it is vital that this support is now delivered to all customers as quickly as possible. "Using vouchers to deliver vital financial aid to households carries risks. The government, energy companies and the Post Office must work together to raise awareness of this scheme, clearly communicate when and how customer vouchers will be delivered and ensure any issues are swiftly addressed."
