Travel, said: "While it may be acceptable for accommodation providers to offer guests an incentive to cancel, Which? believes they should honour existing bookings if the customer wishes to go ahead. "Many providers do not offer fee-free cancellations, so it's unfair if businesses cancel as and when it suits them. "If your stay has been cancelled, check the terms and conditions of your booking as it could be a breach of contract."
