Which? welcomes a new Chief Marketing Officer
Set to join the organisation in September 2025, Katy brings a wealth of experience, with her distinguished career of over 20 years in transformational marketing, brand strategy, and customer experience. Her roles have spanned diverse sectors including financial services, telecoms, food, travel, and hospitality. She most recently served as Brand & Customer Experience Director at Zizzi Restaurants, where she was instrumental in evolving the Zizzi brand proposition.
In her new role, Katy will be responsible for driving Which?'s brand purpose, enhancing audience engagement, and developing cross-channel strategies to further the organisation’s impact on behalf of consumers. She will also be instrumental in embedding B2B strategies across marketing and communications.
This strategic hire further strengthens Which?’s leadership team as the organisation continues its vital work fighting for the rights of consumers across the UK. Her expertise will be crucial in advancing Which?’s mission to empower consumers, promoting the consumer champion’s campaigns that seek to eliminate consumer harm and supporting Which?’s ambitious commercial aims.
