The customer scores we've awarded to each company are based on how satisfied people are with their carpet retailer overall, and whether or not they’d recommend it to a friend.
To find these ratings, in August 2019 we surveyed 2,152 people who had bought carpet in the last 10 years and asked about their experiences.
