Digoo DG-SA10 review
Don't Buy this smoke alarm – it failed to detect smoke in seven of our eight fire tests.
When set the task of detecting smoke from fires fuelled by wood, plastics, cotton and solvents, this unbranded and unreliable product failed to sound seven fire scenarios. It’s one of the most unresponsive and potentially dangerous alarms we’ve seen and in our tests, we found it unable to reliably detect smoke and that’s why we’ve made it a Don’t Buy.

This is a dangerously unresponsive smoke alarm and we urge you to not buy it. It’s listed with the brand name Digoo on eBay, it was bought from a seller based in China and it failed to sound in a terrifying seven out of eight of our smoke-detection tests. In your home the consequences of such poor smoke detection don’t bear thinking about. So, don’t be tempted by the low price you might see this alarm being listed for on online marketplaces such as eBay, AliExpress and Wish – it doesn’t detect smoke reliably and that’s why we’ve made it a Don’t Buy.What's included:
