The future governance of Which?

As the first stage in an ongoing review of the way Which? is run, this report from the Governance Review Committee explains why we believe we need to review our governance. We’d also like to encourage you to give us your views as to whether this is going in the right direction by taking part in our survey

The consumer landscape of today is faster moving, more complex and less trusting than previously, and the relationship between consumers and the organisations they deal with every day is also changing. In order to continue our role as a consumer champion, Which?’s governance structures should, therefore, provide expert and effective oversight, allow Which? to be agile, accountable and representative of the diversity of contemporary Britain, and make the organisation easy to understand and easy to lead.

The report – the first stage in the governance review – explores why we believe we need to review how Which? is run. Download the report now to explore the first stage in the governance review.

We are also keen to gather your views on the report and whether we are going in the right direction. Once you’ve read the report, it will take about 10 minutes to complete the survey, but those 10 minutes of your time will really help us to know whether we are going in the right direction. The end result will be better with your input.
