Apple tends to wait around two years before upgrading an iPad (aside from the poor iPad Mini, which hasn’t seen a boost since 2021) and in 2024, it was the turn of the iPad Air. It’s got the same processor as the 2022 iPad Pro and a new 13-inch option. While largely unavailable to buy new, it's still popular in the refurbished and second-hand market.
