Common questions

When can I cancel?

You can cancel your membership at any time, and we’ll take no more payments.

Monthly

You are charged monthly on a rolling basis. For example if you have paid £9.99 for your first month and you cancel, this will cancel all future payments.

Annual

You are charged annually on a rolling basis. For example if you have paid £79 for your first year and you cancel, this will cancel all future payments.

In either case, you are entitled to an initial 14 day cooling off period when you can request a refund - read more.

  • Offer ends at midnight on 1 July 2025.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Members must retain the Which? annual subscription for a minimum of 28 days without cancelling.
  • Eligible members will receive their voucher via the email address used to create their Which? Account, one month after purchase.
  • Any members who don't follow the specified process, or purchase a product not specified in the terms of the offer, won't be eligible for the offer or the voucher.
