Problems with your username?
Your username is either your email address, your membership number [eg. M123456789] or something you have chosen. The username is not case sensitive. A common mistake is using the letter O instead of 0 and vice versa.
Problems with your password?
Your password is between 6-12 characters long and is case sensitive. Please check your Caps Lock.
Why do I need to login?
By logging in you will be able to view the subscriber only areas of the site you have access to.
Useful tips for logging in
- Make sure there are no unwanted spaces in your login details (cutting and pasting can create unwanted spaces)
- make sure you are entering your details in the correct case. You can change between capitals and lower case by holding the [shift] key when you are typing
