Issues logging into your Which? account?

If you're experiencing issues logging in to your Which? account, you could try clearing your cache and cookies. Your web browser will store some information from the websites you visit in its cache and cookies, and on occasion, this stored information can cause login issues.

You can find the instructions on how to delete your cache and cookies for the most common browsers below, just remember to close and reopen your browser before re-entering your password.

If your browser is not listed above, please check your current browser's support page for instructions.

If you've tried the above options and continue to have problems logging in, you could try using an alternative browser.

Alternatively, please try resetting your Which? Password. Instructions will be sent to your registered email address. If you don't get the email, please check your junk/spam folder.

How do I report a scam?

How do I know if an email from Which? is genuine?

Depending on what type it is, emails from Which? will be sent by one of the following.


It may also have been mailed by one of the following services (indicated in the "mailed-by" field), again depending on the type of email:


"Which?" will always feature prominently in the name of the sender, for example "Which?", "Which? Money Compare", or "Which? Campaigns".

If you've received an email claiming to be from Which?, but strikes you as suspicious for any reason, please contact us.

How do I update my contact details?

You will need to be logged in to update your contact details

You can change your name, delivery address, phone number and email address online without having to contact us.

To update any of the above details:

  1. Visit which.co.uk and Log in
  2. Click 'my account' then 'view account'
  3. Click 'My details'
  4. Select which contact details you would like to update
  5. Enter new details and click 'save'

Alternatively, if you're already logged in, click here to go to 'My details' page.

How do I reset my password?

  1. Click 'Log in' in the top right corner
  2. Click 'Forgotten password?'
  3. Enter the email address we currently hold for you and click 'Reset my password'
  4. You will receive an email from 'noreply@which.co.uk', please click the password reset link within the email (if you do not receive the email please check your spam folder)
  5. Enter your new password and then retype your password. Please ensure that your password is a minimum of 8 characters and includes at least one number or symbol (!$%^&*()_+=-)
  6. Click 'Reset my password'
  7. You will receive an email from 'noreply@which.co.uk' to confirm that your password has been successfully reset
  8. Visit which.co.uk and click 'Log in' in the top right corner
  9. Enter the email address we currently hold for you and enter the new password set in step 7 (you can select 'Show password' to see the password as you're typing)
  10. Click 'Log in'
  11. You should now be logged into your Which? account. You will see 'My account' in the top right corner
  12. If you are still unable to log in, please call Member Services on 029 2267 0000

What is my membership number?

You can find your membership number in the 'Welcome' pack issued to you when you joined. Alternatively, if you get Which? magazines as part of your membership, you can find the number on the letter that comes with it. The number is usually a letter followed by 9 digits, eg H123456789.

You can also view your Which? membership number within the 'My details' section of your account.

  3. Click 'My details'
  4. Your membership number will be displayed at the top of the page.

Archived Products explained

We have a dedicated team of researchers who carefully scour the market for what to test next. Their aim is to cover a very high percentage of the market in any one product area, taking popularity, brand reliability, innovation and price into account. We also consider feedback from our members, and make sure that the products we test are the ones they want to see.

The in-depth nature of testing means it's crucial that we invest our time and resources where they'll be of most benefit. As such, we regularly review the product types that we test and this review process can cause us to decide to stop testing certain types of products. This has meant that in the past year we've stopped testing a number of product categories, including bathroom scales and drones. We do still keep the reviews of these products on our website, but we will eventually archive them once we feel the information we provide has become out of date.
