Why has the product I was looking at in 'Compare features and prices' disappeared?

Content on Which.co.uk is regularly reviewed and updated. If a product is discontinued or no longer available it will be removed from Which.co.uk.

Why has search returned results that aren't what I expected to get?

The search tool on Which.co.uk will find the most relevant results to match your entry. If there aren't any matching results for your search term, it may mean that we do not have any information on that area therefore the closest matches will be displayed. The filter search will allow you to search by topic area. If your search returns too many results, you can refine this by adding quotation marks, e.g. "child car seats".

How do I access the Which? magazine archive?

You need to subscribe to Which? magazine or Which.co.uk and to log in. You will then see a link to the Which? magazine archive in the Your Account section of Which.co.uk.

Can I print reports?

You can print reports from your browser by using the print button or going to file>print in your browser toolbar.

I am having trouble reading the content as the text is too small.
