DCMS Plan for Digital Regulation Outcome Monitoring Framework consultation - Which? response

Which? welcomes the Government’s approach to monitoring the outcomes of its plan for digital regulation. The outcome monitoring framework can be improved by introducing a greater focus on the consumer to ensure that they are protected from harm and can trust the continuously evolving digital services they use. 

We suggest a number of additional outcomes as well as indicators that are already in the public domain and recommend further consultation with business, technical experts where potential indicators are not published and may be considered commercially or publicly sensitive that could be useful for the Government to monitor progress.
