Ofcom Proposed Plan of Work 2022/2023 - Which? response

Which? welcomes the opportunity to respond to Ofcom’s proposed Plan of Work for 2022/2023. 

The Plan of Work has the right focus, ensuring that consumers have access to reliable and affordable connections which are essential to participate in today’s digital world. Consumers must be treated fairly by providers and receive good value for money for their telecoms services. It is also critical that consumers feel safe when they are online.
