In 2025 Smart launched its third SUV model. It’s called the #5 and is the largest car Smart has produced – very different from the city cars the company was once known for. It’s an electric SUV that rivals cars such as the BYD Atto 3, Skoda Enyaq and Vauxhall Grandland Electric. But its premium focus means it also rivals more upmarket SUVs like the Audi Q4 e-tron and Ford Mustang Mach-E. Can it beat them? Read our full Smart #5 (2025-) review to find out.
