Looking to buy a pillow, but not sure where to start? Our customer survey reveals the best brands.
We surveyed 3,839 Which? members about their pillows and used the findings to calculate customer scores for 16 brands, including Dunlopillo, Ikea, Aldi and Tempur.
John Lewis and Dunelm pillows are the most popular with our members, together accounting for almost a third of everyone who bought pillows in the last five years. But do their customers rate them the highest?
As well as the customer scores, each brand is rated for how comfortable its pillows are, how well its pillows match the description and whether it offers good value for money. As you can see from the table below, there's a difference of 21 percentage points between the best and worst-scoring brands.
