Black Friday deals on period pants: who has the biggest discounts?

We asked brands of period pants to tell us about any upcoming Black Friday deals, and will update this page with more info as we receive it. Here's what we've found so far:
Cheeky Wipes
Cheeky Wipes told us it will have Black Friday deals from Tuesday 21 November.
Period pants will cost £10 per pair or £49 for five pairs.
This represents a significant discount on certain products that currently cost up to £15.99, though some items are already priced below £10 and there are clearance pairs available for £7.49.
Available to buy online at Cheeky Wipes.
Intimawear by Bodyform
On its own site, Bodyform is offering up to 50% off its Intimawear line of period pants this Black Friday, which at full price can cost around £25, depending on absorbency levels.
Discounts are already live on the website, with most items offering at least 30% off.
It's worth shopping around, though, as Boots is currently offering a £10 discount on these pants, taking them to £15 (slightly less than Bodyform, depending on absorbency and style), as is the Bodyform store on Amazon (most styles under £15).
Available to buy at Bodyform, Boots and Amazon.
Love Luna
Love Luna told us it will be offering 30% off selected lines for Black Friday with a promotional code. Its range is already cheap, with products typically priced around £10.
However, we also found Love Luna period pants currently on sale at Sainsbury's Tu (available in some stores and online), where prices tend to be about 20% lower already, with some mid-range pants priced at just £8.
Available to buy at Love Luna and Tu Clothing.
Modibodi
Modibodi told us it will be offering up to 50% off on certain products this Black Friday, in what the brand says is its biggest sale yet. Deals will be live on its site between 25 November and 2 December, according to Modibodi.
Modibodi’s range is on the pricier side, with its premium pants starting from around £18 (though it does offer multi-buy and first-timer discounts) so this could be an opportunity to bag them for less.
If you don't want to wait, we've spotted that John Lewis is currently offering 20% off select ranges.
Available to buy at Modibodi and John Lewis
Pantys
Pantys told us it’s planning to run Black Friday discounts, though it didn’t provide details.
Current prices are around £18 to £34, but users rated them as good value for money in our survey, so this could be a good opportunity to stock up for less.
Available to buy online at Pantys
WUKA
WUKA has kicked off its price drop early, and is offering up to 30% off selected period pants, meaning some will cost just £8 a pair.
The brand will also donate 1% of all sales to the charity Choose Love, which provides period pants to those in need across the country.
Available to buy online at WUKA
Will Flo, Thinx and Hey Girls have Black Friday deals?
Period pants brands Flo, Hey Girls and Thinx haven't yet announced any Black Friday sales, but we’ll be keeping an eye on any offers. We did find that Flo period pants are currently half price at Look Fantastic (£12.50 per pair).
You might also be able to pick up deals in M&S and Primark, which both stock their own range of period underwear. Find out more about how they compare in our M&S vs Primark period pants comparison.

How to save money on period pants

Black Friday price cuts offer the chance to stock up on your favourite brands, but there’s no need to panic buy.
Generally speaking, we find that Black Friday deals aren’t always the best bargains of the year, and many products end up cheaper in the months after the big day.
You can usually save money all year round by buying multipacks of period pants, which often work out cheaper per pair than buying them separately.
Some brands also offer discounts for new customers, such as Modibodi’s 15% off ‘starter pack’ discount and the 10% discount code for signing up to the Cheeky Wipes newsletter.
However, if you aren't sure which style you prefer, and don't want to commit to a bundle, the Black Friday cuts could be a good opportunity to try out a pair for less.

Are period pants right for you?

You might be skeptical about period pants if you haven’t used them before, but our 2021 user survey found that 75% of people who had tried them said they liked or loved them.
Users said period pants felt comfortable, were easy to wash and reduced waste. On the downside, some users commented that they didn’t always feel fresh, can be expensive and sometimes leak on heavy days.
It's still a relatively new market, and we're seeing new products coming out in response to some of these gripes, such as detachable pants that are easier to change into if you're out and about.
Some people choose period pants in a bid to reduce plastic waste, but it's worth knowing that some are made from synthetic fabrics that aren’t biodegradable, and they won't last forever.
