Homebase sells a lot of bathrooms from Ideal Standard, but also has a range of its own called Balterley. These ratings are for Homebase's own-brand bathrooms.

They are mostly modern, simple designs, but some are more traditional. You can buy an entire bathroom from one range, or mix and match across the ranges. As well as going to a store (see details below), you can download a brochure online.

Homebase stores

Homebase has stores nationwide – use the 'select your nearest store' function on the website or the 'stores' page to find your nearest.

You can get the address and opening times for stores, but no more information, so it's worth ringing ahead to check that branch showcases bathroom suites, particularly any specific ones you're interested in.

Homebase design service

Homebase used to offer an in-store design service, which was free, but it no longer does. It doesn't have an online planning tool for you to use either.

Homebase showers

Homebase has a range of electric, mixer and power showers from brands such as Aqualisa, Bristan, Grohe, Mira and Triton.

It also sells its Balterley bath panels, shower trays and screens as well as ones from other brands, such as Aqualux.

We've rated well-known shower brands and tested electric showers to find out how reliable they are and whether they deliver on the manufacturer's claims.

Homebase bathroom cabinets

Homebase sells built-in bathroom furniture from its Balterley range, and the brand Shades, in a range of prices.

To see how Homebase's bathroom furniture compares with other big-name brands, including B&Q, Bathstore and Wickes, visit our bathroom furniture page.

Homebase bathroom accessories

As you would expect, Homebase also sells everything you'd need to assemble and decorate your bathroom, from plumbing fittings to soap dispensers, towel rails and more, plus lighting, radiators and mirrors.

Homebase bathroom wallpaper, paint, flooring and tiles

As Homebase is a DIY store, it sells bathroom wallpaper, paint, floor and wall tiles and other bathroom flooring.
