We asked people how satisfied they are with their bathroom and whether they would recommend their bathroom brand. We also asked people to rate individual fixtures.
We also asked members about their shopping experience with Homebase as a retailer.
The top retailer in our survey got a customer score of 84% and the bottom 64%. As for bathrooms themselves, the company in last place overall scored 65% while the company in first place scored 87%.
