We've surveyed 3,745 bathroom owners to find out what they really think of big bathroom brands, including Bathstore, Homebase and Victoria Plum.

As well as asking people to rate each company as a retailer, we also got them to assess what they thought of the bathrooms themselves.

The bathroom retailer with the highest customer score got 80%, while the lowest score was just 58%.

When it came to the bathrooms themselves, one company stood out from the crowd with a confidence-inspiring 89%.

Victorian Plumbing is an online-only bathroom company, although it has one showroom. You can buy a complete bathroom suite package (sink, toilet and bath/shower) or choose to mix and match components if you prefer.

Packages also include ranges for cloakrooms, small bathrooms, en-suites and vanity unit bathrooms with storage. As well as viewing its bathrooms online, you can ask to have a brochure posted to you.

Victorian Plumbing showers

Victorian Plumbing has a range of branded power, electric and mixer showers, including models from Bristan and Grohe, as well as standalone shower enclosures and components for wet-rooms.

We've rated well-known shower brands and tested electric showers to find out how reliable they are and whether they deliver on the manufacturer's claims.

Victorian Plumbing bathroom furniture

It sells a wide range of furniture, both freestanding and built-in, plus furniture for different types of bathrooms, such as cloakrooms.

Victorian Plumbing bathroom fittings

Victorian Plumbing has everything you need to complete your bathroom, including accessories, tiles, vinyl flooring, bathroom wallpaper, paint and heating solutions, such as heated towel rails and underfloor heating.

Victorian Plumbing stores

As Victorian Plumbing is an online-only company, it doesn't have shops. However, there is one Victorian Plumbing showroom in Formby, near Liverpool.

You can filter its online listings by price, size, basin and toilet type, and by brand, including Bristan and Roca.

Visit our page of bathroom designs for ideas on how to create the perfect bathroom for you and how to cut the cost of your bathroom.

Victorian Plumbing planning and installation

As Victorian Plumbing has no stores, it doesn't offer face-to-face planning. It also lacks an online planning tool, but does have a number of advice guides.

There's no fitting service, so you will need to find an installer yourself. You can visit Which? Trusted Traders to find a recommended bathroom fitter in your area.

It's worth noting that Victorian Plumbing sells directly to tradespeople as well as consumers, and you may get a cheaper price if you buy through an installer.
