We've compiled the views of 3,745 people to calculate ratings and scores for B&Q bathrooms and its rivals, including Wickes, Bathstore and Soak.
The lowest-scoring retailer we rated got a pitiful customer score of 58%, while the top scorer received 80%.
When looking at the bathrooms themselves, the gap between top and bottom was even bigger - 61% and 89%.
As well as awarding overall scores, we asked customers about their experiences of buying a bathroom from B&Q and how they rated the bathroom fixtures and fittings.

B&Q bathroom suites

B&Q has a wide range of modern and traditional bathroom suites. The majority of its sinks, toilets and baths are from its Cooke & Lewis brand. It also stocks some Ideal Standard fixtures and a few from Plumbsure.
You can mix and match across the range of suites, all of which are relatively low-priced when compared with other brands. You can also buy bathroom packages, which are mostly toilet and sink sets.
B&Q bathroom showrooms
B&Q stores are nationwide – use its online 'find a store' tool to find the nearest store to you, where you can see what it has on display and the services it offers.
B&Q bathroom design and planning
It has a free in-store and online design tool, which you can access and edit from home, and free in-store consultation with B&Q staff.
B&Q bathroom installation
B&Q no longer installs bathrooms, so you'll need to find your own installer. To find someone near you, use Which? Trusted Traders. All our bathroom fitters and plumbers have been through our rigorous checks.

You can buy a wide range of bathroom furniture from B&Q, from fitted vanity and toilet units to standalone storage. As well as B&Q's own furniture range, GoodHome, it also sells units from other brands, including Ideal Standard.

B&Q bathroom sinks and taps
B&Q's range of taps includes big brands, such as Bristan and Armitage Shanks, as well as its own GoodHome-branded models. It has sinks for all room types, tastes and sizes.
B&Q showers and shower enclosures
B&Q stocks a range of mixer, electric and power showers from a number of brands, including Cooke & Lewis, Mira, Triton and Aqualisa, as well as shower enclosures and components for wet rooms.
