We've compiled the views of 3,745 people to calculate ratings and scores for B&Q bathrooms and its rivals, including Wickes, Bathstore and Soak.

The lowest-scoring retailer we rated got a pitiful customer score of 58%, while the top scorer received 80%.

When looking at the bathrooms themselves, the gap between top and bottom was even bigger - 61% and 89%.

As well as awarding overall scores, we asked customers about their experiences of buying a bathroom from B&Q and how they rated the bathroom fixtures and fittings.
