Our unique survey of 6,732 bathroom shoppers reveals how bathrooms from popular companies, including Roca, Villeroy & Boch and Duravit, were rated by their customers.
Our top spot was snapped up by a company with a fantastic 87% customer score – miles ahead of the last-placed brand, which got a far less impressive 65%.
We also have quality and durability ratings for individual fixtures, such as sinks, taps and shower enclosures.

High-end Spanish brand Roca has been making bathrooms since 1929, but doesn't sell them itself. You can buy Roca products through national retailers, such as Travis Perkins, online stores such as victorianplumbing.co.uk and local bathroom specialists. You can download brochures for its various ranges from its website.
Roca's bathroom designs are predominantly modern, sleek and aspirational – and prices tend to be a bit higher than most. All Roca's furniture is built-in to wrap around fixtures, such as a sink or toilet. Roca's showers and shower trays have a luxurious feel, with rainfall showers and other spa-like options to choose from.
As well as the usual bathroom fittings, such as towel rails and soap dispensers, Roca also makes other accessories including mirrors and bathroom lighting. It doesn't have any flooring or bathroom tile ranges, though.
