What makes Which? deals different?
Retailers sometimes use misleading ‘was’ and ‘before’ prices to claim their deals are good. Media sites and artificial intelligence (AI) promote deals from retailers – but do they always check/verify them first? We don’t just take retailers’ word for it, we track actual market prices over six months. We share cheapest and average calculations and evaluate products against strict performance benchmarks. So you get good quality at honest prices.
*References to ‘average price' and 'cheapest price' are based on Which? market knowledge and information supplied by our partners. Prices are checked for the six calendar months prior to publication. Not all retailers are included in our checks.
Best fridge freezer deals for July
The fridge freezers we've selected here are all decent models that scored reasonably well in our tests. We only recommend appliances with average or above-average scores for energy efficiency, because we don't consider models with excessively high running costs for their size and type to be genuine bargains.
You'll have to read our reviews to find out which of the models we've recommended are Best Buys – the very best on test.

Our pick: Hisense RB327N4WWE
Average price in the past six months: £345
Cheapest price in the past six months: £265*

- Freestanding
- Frost-free freezer
- White
We like: It's quiet
We don’t like: It has some ease of use niggles
The fridge sits at the top of this appliance, with a four-section freezer below. There’s also a cool water dispenser on the front that’s fed from an internal tank so there’s no need to plumb it into the mains supply. The doors are reversible so you can adapt the way it opens to suit your kitchen floor plan.
It’s a fairly basic model that lacks fast-freeze or super-cool modes, and it doesn’t have the open-door alarms you might find on rival models. We were able to fit 10 supermarket carrier bags of groceries inside.
This is the white version of this fridge freezer, but there are also black (RB327N4WBE) and stainless steel (RB327N4WCE) models available that are identical in all other respects. Prices are keen on the black version at the moment, too.
Does it chill and freeze to perfection? Read our full Hisense RB327N4WWE review to find out.

Fast-freeze and super-cool help speed up chilling. This is a smart appliance that can be controlled using the LG ThinQ app on Android or iOS.

Haier HTW3618EWPB
Average price in the past six months: £636
Cheapest price in the past six months: £480*

Buy it for £480 from Costco (membership fees and conditions apply). It's also available from Currys but costs significantly more.
- Freestanding
- Frost-free freezer
- Black
We like: The fridge door alarm works well
We don’t like: The door is not reversible
This freestanding fridge freezer has a 65/35 split between the fridge and freezer, respectively. Wi-fi connectivity means you can control functions, including setting the internal temperature, with the hOn app.
It also has a water dispenser for quick cold drinks without opening the fridge door. This uses a built-in tank that isn't plumbed into the mains water supply, so will need regular filling.
It has four shelves, three door racks, a chill drawer and a crisper drawer in the fridge, plus two more drawers and a tray in the freezer. The My Zone chill drawer lets you set the temperature between -3°C and +5°C, which is perfect for meat or cheese.

Integrated fridge freezer deals
Haier HBQW5519EK
Average price in the last six months: £646
Cheapest price in the past six months: £548*

- Integrated
- Frost-free freezer
We like: Impressively accurate thermostats
We don't like: The fridge is fiddly to clean
This integrated fridge freezer from Haier sits behind cabinet doors and holds about 10 bags of shopping. It has a 78/22 fridge/freezer split, and the reversible hinges allow flexible kitchen placement.
The fridge has four shelves (two adjustable), two full-width and three half-width door racks, and two crisper drawers. The freezer has three drawers, with the top one being the smallest. The fridge door has an alarm, but not the freezer.
Both the fridge (super-cool) and freezer (fast-freeze) have boost functions for cooling newly added ambient food.
It's a smart model, compatible with the hOn app (Android/iOS) to remotely control some of the functions.

AEG TC6MS18FDF
Average price in the last six months: £1,099
Cheapest price in the past six months: £799*

- Integrated
- Frost-free freezer
We like: The doors can be hinged on the opposite side if this suits your kitchen better
We don't like: The door alarm is a bit too gentle
This AEG integrated fridge freezer uses a door-on-door system, where the appliance door attaches directly to the kitchen cabinet door. It has a reversible door hinge, so the door can open to the left or right, depending on your kitchen layout and preference.
It has four shelves, three door racks, a chiller drawer and a crisper drawer in the fridge, plus three more drawers in the freezer below. The chiller drawer is designed to organise and store delicate foods such as cheeses and cold meats. It maintains a lower temperature than the rest of the fridge thanks to active cold-air circulation.
There’s no super-cool function in the fridge, but there is a fast-freeze feature in the freezer compartment to speed up freezing. An audible door alarm and flashing fridge setting alert you if you accidentally leave the door open.

We like: You don't have to open the main door when looking for a snack or drink
We don't like: More shelves and door racks would be handy
This steel-coloured side-by-side model has a 65/35 split between the fridge and freezer. The top of the fridge has a glass InstaView panel. Tap twice on it to see what’s inside. Thanks to InstaView and Door-in-Door, you don't have to open the main door when looking for a snack or drink. Instead, using a button concealed under the InstaView panel, you can open just the top compartment of the fridge, cutting down on cold air loss from the fridge.
The freezer door has a water dispenser that also serves crushed and cubed ice. It needs to be plumbed into the mains water supply.
There are two fridge drawers. Fast-freeze and super-cool functions help speed up the chilling process.
This is a wi-fi-enabled appliance, so you can control it from your smartphone using the LG ThinQ app, available on Android and iOS.

How to spot a good deal on a fridge freezer
Brianna Watson Which? fridge freezer expert says:
- Whether it's on sale or not, a fridge freezer is a significant purchase that will hopefully last you for years. Be wary of great-sounding deals on fridge freezers that aren't energy efficient, because an electricity-hungry model could end up costing you more in the long run.
- Don’t be upsold on gimmicks or flashy features that you're not likely to use. Our research proves that manufacturers sometimes prioritise fancy features and settings over cooling or freezing food effectively. Read our reviews to make sure you're buying the best fridge freezer for your specific needs.
- Always check there’s enough space in your kitchen to fit your new fridge freezer. You’ll need at least 5cm all around it for effective ventilation.

Where to find deals on specific fridge freezer brands

Which fridge freezer features are worth paying extra for?
Beyond the basics, there are a few features worth looking out for:
