Gender pay gap reporting

The government has introduced gender pay gap reporting for all UK companies with 250 or more employees. This gap is reported at the snapshot data of 5 April 2017 and is the difference in pay between men and women. 

The gender pay gap report for Which? shows that we have a median pay gap of 4.63% and a mean pay gap of 7.21% for the Group. This is significantly lower than the national averages. 

Diversity inclusion and equality at Which? is extremely important to us, as if we can enable this within our organisation we can also enable this throughout our work for consumers.
