It's been mandatory since 2017 for all UK organisations with 250 or more employees to publish and report specific figures about their gender pay gap.
The figures must be calculated using a specific reference date – the ‘snapshot date’ – each year. For business and charities this date is 5 April. At the 2018 snapshot date, Which? reported a mean gender pay gap of 8.55%.
Our report explains the gender pay gap at Which? in more detail and how we are taking every step to further reduce this.
