The government has introduced gender pay gap reporting for all UK companies with 250 or more employees. This gap is reported at the snapshot data of 5 April 2017 and is the difference in pay between men and women.
The gender pay gap report for Which? shows that we have a median pay gap of 4.63% and a mean pay gap of 7.21% for the Group. This is significantly lower than the national averages.
