2020 Annual General Meeting
This year's AGM was held on Saturday 5 December. Unfortunately members were unable to attend in person because of the restrictions of Covid 19, but instead took part in what was our first ever virtual AGM. Thank you to all of those who participated, whether by voting in advance or attending virtually, and for the many and varied questions raised prior to the AGM and on the day. If we were unable to answer any questions due to time constraints, we will be responding to those separately.
If you were unable to attend, here's a full recording of the event.
Our 2020 Notice of AGM can be viewed below for reference.
All resolutions were passed and the voting results are published below.
The results of the resolutions for the appointment and reappointment of trustees can be viewed on the Appointment of Council trustees page here.
2021 AGM
We will publish the date of our 2021 AGM here nearer the time.

Ordinary Member proposals and resolutions
Did you know that ordinary members of the Consumers' Association have the right to submit resolutions for a vote at our AGM? Read the following guidance note for more information. The submission date for 2020 is now closed.
Ordinary members are also able to raise general governance proposals or concerns outside of the AGM process. You can read more about this here.
