2022 Annual General Meeting
This year's AGM will be held on Saturday 3 December 2022. Further details will follow.
2021 Annual General Meeting
Our 2021 AGM was held on Saturday 27 November. Because of continued uncertainty around Covid 19, we took the difficult decision to hold the event virtually for a second year running. We appreciate this may have been disappointing for some members, but the safety and wellbeing of our staff and members is paramount. Thank you to all of those who participated, whether by voting in advance or attending virtually, and for the many and varied questions raised prior to the AGM and on the day.
If you were unable to attend, you can view the full recording of the event below. Minutes of the AGM are also available on request. If you would like a copy, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll email them to you.
You can also read further details about the AGM in the 2021 Notice of AGM below.
All resolutions were passed and the voting results are published below.
The results of the resolutions for the appointment and reappointment of trustees can also be viewed on the Appointment of Council trustees page here.
Become an ordinary (voting) member
Ordinary (voting) members can expect to receive their copy of the Notice of AGM, proxy form and Annual Report towards the end of October each year.
If you would like to be invited to future Annual General Meetings and have a say in the governance of Which?, helping us to make sure we keep consumers at the heart of everything we do, become a voting member.
Ordinary Member proposals and resolutions
Did you know that ordinary members of the Consumers' Association have the right to submit resolutions for a vote at our AGM? Read the following guidance note for more information. The closing date for members to submit resolutions for a vote at the 2022 AGM is 9 September 2022.
Ordinary members are also able to raise general governance proposals or concerns outside of the AGM process. You can read more about this here.
