2021 Annual General Meeting
This year's AGM will be held on Saturday 27 November. Further details will follow.
2020 Annual General Meeting
Our 2020 AGM was held on Saturday 5 December. Members were unable to attend in person because of the restrictions of Covid 19, but instead took part in what was our first ever virtual AGM. Thank you to all of those who participated, whether by voting in advance or attending virtually, and for the many and varied questions raised prior to the AGM and on the day.
If you were unable to attend, here's a full recording of the event.
Views expressed by members at the AGM are their own and not necessarily the views of Which?
Minutes of the 2020 AGM are available on request. If you would like a copy, please email email@example.com and we'll email them to you.
Our 2020 Notice of AGM can be viewed below for reference.
All resolutions were passed and the voting results are published below.
The results of the resolutions for the appointment and reappointment of trustees can be viewed on the Appointment of Council trustees page here.

Ordinary Member proposals and resolutions
Did you know that ordinary members of the Consumers' Association have the right to submit resolutions for a vote at our AGM? Read the following guidance note for more information. The closing date for members to submit resolutions for a vote at our 2021 AGM is Friday 3 September 2021.
Ordinary members are also able to raise general governance proposals or concerns outside of the AGM process. You can read more about this here.
