Ordinary Member proposals and resolutions
Did you know that ordinary members of the Consumers' Association have the right to submit resolutions for a vote at our AGM? Read the following guidance note for more information, including the date by which such resolutions must be submitted.
Ordinary members are also able to raise general governance proposals or concerns outside of the AGM process through our Member Governance Committee. You can read more about this here.
2019 Annual General Meeting
Last year's AGM was held on Saturday 23 November.
There were a number of Special Resolutions put to the meeting resultant from the recommendations of the independent Governance Review. Information about the Governance Review and its recommendations can be found here.
All resolutions were passed and the voting results are published below.
