2020 Annual General Meeting
This year we will be holding our first-ever virtual AGM on Saturday 5 December. As members will be unable to attend in person because of the social distancing restrictions brought about by Covid-19, we’re building on everything we’ve learned about virtual meetings during this pandemic to make the AGM smooth and enjoyable.
You can read our 2020 Notice of AGM below and find out what formal business we’ll be conducting. If you are eligible to attend the AGM, you will receive your personalised copy of the Notice in late October. This will include the virtual joining instructions and your unique security access code. Ordinary Member proposals and resolutions
Did you know that ordinary members of the Consumers' Association have the right to submit resolutions for a vote at our AGM? Read the following guidance note for more information. The submission date for 2020 is now closed.
Ordinary members are also able to raise general governance proposals or concerns outside of the AGM process. You can read more about this here.
2019 Annual General Meeting
Last year's AGM was held on Saturday 23 November.
There were a number of Special Resolutions put to the meeting arising from the recommendations of the Governance Review. Information about the Governance Review and its recommendations can be found here.
All resolutions were passed and the voting results are published below.
You can view the live stream of the 2019 AGM here:
Views expressed by members at the AGM are their own and not necessarily the views of Which?
Minutes of the 2019 AGM are available on request. If you would like a copy, please email email@example.com and we’ll email them to you. Because of the COVID-19 situation, we are currently unable to offer a copy by post.
If you would like to be invited to future Annual General Meetings and have a say in the governance of Which?, helping us to make sure we keep consumers at the heart of everything we do, become a voting member.
