Virgin Money credit cards: customer rating
Virgin Money has tumbled to joint 26th in our credit card survey table with a score of 64% - down from 70% last year.
The brand is one of the few providers to combine 0% offers on purchases, money transfers and balance transfers - even on its fee-free travel credit card.
But users were not impressed with the firm's customer service, information about new deals and telephone banking.

How we calculate Virgin's ratings
Credit card providers chosen for our Which? brand reviews are based on the most popular brands searched for online.
Customer scores are based on an online survey of respondents from the public, which received 6,741 responses in total. They are calculated using a combination of overall satisfaction and the likelihood of recommending the provider to a friend.
Star ratings shown for each category are scored independently of the customer score. These surveys are carried out annually and customer scores are updated accordingly. Providers must receive a minimum sample size of 30 respondents to be included in our customer satisfaction tables.
