We've rated bathroom specialists including Villeroy & Boch, Roca and Vitra, based on feedback from 6,732 bathroom customers.
Customers were incredibly satisfied with our top company, as it gained an outstanding score of 87% – head and shoulders above the least-favoured brand, which got 65%.
As well as how satisfied someone is with their bathroom overall, which helps us calculate the customer score, we also asked them to rate specific elements, such as value for money.

As Vitra is a manufacturer, not a retailer, our ratings are for its bathroom products, not the experience of buying through the company.

Stylish bathroom brand Vitra was founded in 1942. It’s a bathroom manufacturer rather than a retailer, so it doesn't sell bathrooms directly. You can view its bathroom collections on its website, in online brochures, or by visiting one of its national stockists, which you can search for on the Vitra website.
Vitra's bathrooms have a designer feel, for the ultimate, indulgent bathroom look. It makes a few own-brand shower heads and shower systems, but it doesn't have any shower enclosures, trays or screens.
As well as vanity units, Vitra has shelves, mirrored cabinets and mirrors (with lighting options), and freestanding countertops for sinks. Vitra makes a wide selection of designer accessories, such as rose-gold towel rails and matt-black soap dispensers.
It also has its own extensive collection of ceramic bathroom tiles, with a host of colours, textures and sizes to choose from. Some of its tiles can be used for both walls and floor.
