Over the last two years, there has been an erosion of banking services that are offered to customers. Now, more than a third of Which? members have told us they don't feel valued by their bank, and only a fifth say they are satisfied with the quality of branch banking.

This week, we sit down with Which? Money journalists Chiara Cavaglieri and Josh Wilson to talk about the decline in the types of services offered by banks, the closure of branches, and how customers feel about the changing banking landscape.
