Adam French, Which? Consumer Rights Expert, said: "Missguided customers will rightly be frustrated if they see this brand carry on under new ownership, but they are left out of pocket. Shoppers won't forget how they have been treated, and it will be a good move for Frasers Group to ensure affected customers get their money back. "If you buy goods or services on your credit or debit card, you could have extra protection if things go wrong. If you paid on a credit card - and an item cost more than £100 - contact your credit card provider to try and claim the money back. If you've paid by debit card - or an item cost £100 or less - you may also be able to claim through chargeback, as long as it hasn't been more than 120 days since paying on your debit card and making your claim. "Customers can try lodging a claim with the administrators but unfortunately they will be at the back of a queue of creditors, so the chances of getting a refund via this route may be slim." ENDS
