Dear Sir/ Madam,

On [date] I purchased [give details of holiday] from the above company.
I paid [£xxx] to as payment. I have just discovered that the company has gone into receivership.
Under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangement Regulations 2018 I believe I am protected by ATOL in this instance and entitled to a refund.
I would therefore like to submit a claim for the [£xxx] that I paid.
Please find enclosed copies of my receipt(s) in support of my claim.
