Uppababy has three pushchairs: the Vista and Cruz travel systems, both of which have been updated for recently, and the very lightweight G-Luxe – supposedly one of the lightest reclining strollers in the world.

Uppababy pushchairs come with apparently generous and easy-to-access storage baskets, which makes them particularly popular with those parents who take their pushchair along to the shops.

Uppababy Vista 2017 review

The first pushchair that Uppababy sold in the UK was the Vista, and it was hugely popular. This travel system was updated in 2015 and the again in 2017, with a slimmer design and a lighter weight. Ever present is the large basket we know parents love, and it's available in a variety of different colours.

Is the latest Vista easy to use and handle, and have the updates made a different to performance? Read our full review of the latest Uppababy Vista pushchair to find out.

We've also tested the Vista as a double – read our Vista double review to see if we thought it was a good option for two children.

Uppababy Cruz 2017 review

The small and lightweight stylish Cruz has also been revamped once again. It's design is primarily for those living in the city. It has a reversible seat so your child can face you when you're out and about. You can also use this pushchair with a carrycot and compatible car seat.

Find out how easy it is to push and use in urban situations, such as on buses and escalators, in our review of the Uppababy Cruz 2017.

Uppababy G-Luxe review

Weighing just 6.1kg, according to Uppababy, the G-Luxe stroller is the lightest pushchair in Uppababy's range. Its rather unusual folding mechanism means that you don't have to bend down to release pedals or catches, but you can instead make use of the folding triggers just underneath the handles.

This stroller might be compact and easy to store, but what is it like to fold and adjust? Read our experts' verdict in our Uppababy G-Luxe review

How we review Uppababy pushchairs

Our test lab experts put each Uppababy pushchair through more than 30 tests to check its strength, durability and safety in line with British standards, including checking for finger traps or choking hazards.

We assess how easy the pushchair is to push, adjust for children of different ages and fold up. We also assess suitability for public transport and test to see whether there's space left in the boot of a standard family car once the pushchair is in there.

The final part of our testing involves a panel of parents (and their babies), who rate the appearance and features of the pushchair. They take each model for a spin to see how easy and convenient it is to manoeuvre on pavements, bumpy ground, up and down stairs and around other obstacles.

You can find out more about how we test pushchairs, and see which ones came out on top in our list of Best Buy pushchairs.

How much does an Uppababy pushchair cost?

The starting price for an Uppababy is around £150 for the G-Luxe stroller, which includes the raincover and shopping basket.

The Uppababy Vista travel system, with carrycot and car seat adapters included, is around £700 – you'll need to buy a compatible BeSafe or Maxi-Cosi car seat on top of that.

The latest Cruz pushchair costs £450 and comes with a raincover and SPF 50 hood. You should expect to pay closer to £570 if you want the car seat adaptors and carrycot that can be bought to make it into a travel system.
