Our broadband recommendations are based on the experiences of thousands of broadband users. We ask real customers about their broadband provider every six months, so you can be sure our broadband recommendations are reliable and up to date. 

In our latest survey only two providers impressed their customers enough to make it as Which? Recommended Broadband Providers. Both scored highly for connection speed and reliability, customer service and overall satisfaction.

What makes a Which? Recommended broadband provider?

Which? Recommended Providers must score well for ease of set up, customer service, connection speed, reliability, and technical support and receive a customer score of 70% or more to be considered. Our customer scores are based on how members rate their broadband provider for overall satisfaction, and how likely they are to recommend their provider to a friend. 

Our latest survey In December 2013 we surveyed more than 2,300 of the public about their experience with their broadband, phone and pay-TV providers. We report on all companies with at least 30 survey responses. Overall we rated four standalone broadband providers and 12 that provide a broadband and home phone deal.
