What makes a Which? Recommended broadband provider?
Which? Recommended Providers must score well for ease of set up, customer service, connection speed, reliability, and technical support and receive a customer score of 70% or more to be considered. Our customer scores are based on how members rate their broadband provider for overall satisfaction, and how likely they are to recommend their provider to a friend.
Our latest survey In 2013 we asked more than 2,600 members of the public about their experience with their broadband, phone and pay-TV providers. We report on all companies with at least 30 survey responses. Overall we rated five standalone broadband providers and 10 that provide a broadband and home phone deal for ease of set-up, connection speed and reliability, value for money, customer service and technical support.
